Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
  • Handling / Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends and public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit time: 3–7 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days
  • Shipping cost: $4.99, free on orders of $50 or more

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after receiving your confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy

  • P.O. Boxes: We deliver to physical residential/business addresses and standard P.O. Boxes. We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged box or item (if applicable).
  3. Our customer support team will help you file a carrier claim or arrange a replacement.
