How We Choose Our Products

We look for pieces that are comfortable, practical and good value. Before a product goes on our store, we check its materials, sizing and photos, and we write our own description and size guide, so you know what you’re getting before you order. If customer feedback shows a product doesn’t meet expectations, we remove it from the store.

Shipping

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch (4–10 business days in total).
  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
  • We currently ship within the United States.

Returns and Refunds

  • 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.
  • Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping or send a replacement.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
